Description of the Volunteer Opportunity: 

Increase the quality of life of our seniors by volunteering as a Day Room Assistant. Day Room Assistants lend a hand to day room staff and help conduct various socialization and recreation activities - arts & crafts, playing card, spending time with participants. This is a great volunteer opportunity for anyone over age 18.

Older adults and people over age 55 with disabilities. Our purpose is to help seniors to remain mobile, prolong their health and help them stay living in their own home.

Additional Requirements:

Have access to email and a valid email address that is checked regularly;

Commit to at least 6 months of service to InnovAge;

Volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per month;

Pass a criminal background check;

Participate in additional training programs as necessary;

Log volunteer hours monthly
