Aid Foster Care Children

When a child comes into The Bair Foundation’s care, the state allots 30 days to gather all necessary paperwork, such as birth certificates, and hospital and judicial records. Since social case workers are quite often overloaded, the foundation is seeking volunteers who are willing to help gather documents for our Albuquerque, NM location. This would aid Bair’s mission to serve as many needy children as possible!

There is no minimum hour requirement. All we ask is that volunteers be 18 years of age or older and have access to their own transportation. (Destinations will include hospitals and courthouses.) Prior to donating their time, all volunteers will be trained to ensure comfort with the tasks assigned, as this work involves sensitive information and privacy requirements.
