Here at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, our mission is to strengthen the capabilities and capacity of nonprofits so they can more effectively achieve their missions; one of the ways we do this is by providing training.
But training can’t help you achieve your mission if you don’t apply what you've learned.
In order to support you in the transfer and application of learning, we are planning to add professional coaching to our training program.
Professional coaching brings many benefits, not the least of which is improvement in productivity, satisfaction with life and work, and the attainment of relevant goals.
After completing a Center for Nonprofit Excellence training, for a nominal fee, interested individuals can sign up for coaching. Once you’ve signed up, you will be matched with 2-3 coaches who will provide you with a complimentary coaching session so you can determine which coach is the best fit. You will then have four 30-minute coaching calls that focus on applying your learning from the training.
