The Barcelona Peer Mediation Club is seeking food donations for our school's annual Thanksgiving food drive to make baskets for our families. Barcelona is a Title I school in the South Valley with 100% free breakfast and lunch provided to our students due to our population's high poverty and needs.

We are requesting the following donations: frozen turkeys, canned fish or meat, canned or frozen vegetables and fruits, potatoes, cereal, pasta, rice, beans, boxed foods, peanut butter, jelly, stuffing, crackers, canned milk, and juice. Any nonperishable food item is also appreciated.

Thank you for your consideration in helping our families have a lovely Thanksgiving!

Who Will Be Impacted by This Donation: 
Barcelona Elementary is a Title I school with over 370 students enrolled. The demographics of our school are majority Hispanic and low income families. Many of our students are English Language Learners, and we have a sizeable Special Education population.
