Project Description: 

Casa Esperanza provides a home to those away from home for extended medical treatment. We are a beneficiary of the Day of the Tread Saturday October 25 and need volunteers to help us manage the Expo for registration for the Day of the Tread family ride and walk event on the next day. Exhibitors and registrants will come to the Convention Center to pick up registration materials, to learn the routes and enjoy activities. More Details: 

We need volunteers to direct and support exhibitors, to distribute packets to those pre-registered, to assist those who are registering on-site, to hand out the t-shirts for Day of Tread, and to handle purchase of Day of Tread items. We expect most participants between 10 am and 4 pm. Volunteers may work in shifts of 2 hours or half day assignments. We will need volunteers from 9:00 am to 6 pm. We promise to appreciate and have fun, encourage volunteers to dress in costume and help us celebrate family health and fitness at Day of the Tread.
