Downtown Walk-a-Block to Make a Difference
Join in a quick walk with students during Amy Biehl High School's Road to College Walk-a-Thon. Walking a block with the students to provide words of encouragement, motivation and advice along their way to CNM or UNM. Looking for volunteers to make encouraging signs with statements or words like "You Can Do It" "Education Heals" "Road to College" (use your imagination). Students and volunteers will hold the signs. Bring water bottles to share.

More Details:

The walk will begin at around 12:45PM. Just meet in the PNM lobby or in front of the building at 4th and Lead. Distribute signs and walk as long as you can. If you come at Noon, you could finalize your signs in our lobby while you wait for the walk to begin. To learn more about the Road to College or Amy Biehl High School, please contact Aldis Philipbar at [email protected] or 468-0611 or www.amybiehlhighschool.org
