NM Organized Against Trafficking Humans (NM-OATH)
Agency Description:
NM-OATH raises public awareness on the issue of human trafficking through its storefront, the NM-OATH Information Center and research library. The organization provides public programming, educational materials and presentations, and works with state-wide service providers to ensure rights-based responses for victims.
Position Description:
Strongest candidate will bring a proven background of resource and funding development, and ideally will be located in northern NM to broaden our state-wide presence. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills encouraged, though more important to demonstrate reliability and a passion for fundraising.
Expectations:
Monthly board meetings second Saturdays, participate in ongoing committees (in person, conference call, or Skype). Complete monthly action items as assigned, donate according to means, and sign board commitment document (available upon request). Board focus is on securing private donations, fundraising, and providing program leads to ED.
