PeacePal is a dynamic organization for youth leadership development. As an international peace through education pen pal organization, PeacePal connects youth in the U.S. with peers in countries around the globe.
Position Description:
Board member for this dynamic and growing international youth and peace organization, based in Albuquerque. Looking for people with board and/or corporate experience interested in working to bring this board to the next level of efficacy and functioning.
Expectations:
Board members are expected to attend board meetings every other month for one and a half hours, and to work on at least one committee. Average monthly time commitment of 3-4 hours. Board members are also expected to leverage personal contacts to provide support to PeacePal in the form of personal or corporate donations, sponsors or resources to be used by the organization.
