Main Areas of Responsibility: 

AKA Director of Training and Impact, Full-Time $45,000-55,000. Involved in building and strengthening the cultural environment of New Day through implementation of its core values and programmatic approaches. This new position will develop a comprehensive professional development model for employees that integrates technology, staff talents/strengths and community partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

*Develop a comprehensive and centralized training plan for the entire agency that supports each program to meet their contractual training requirements and specialized training for each program.
*Implement a new, New Hire Jumpstart training system, working with program leadership and HR to ensure all required and specialized training is included.

Other Information/Requirements: 

*Work with Directors to streamline Quality Assurance plans and reporting agency-wide
*Support Department Directors in refining meaningful, measurable outcomes for each program, beyond what funders require, and developing ways of tracking.
*Work with the Data Specialist on data quality and running reports to provide feedback to Department Directors

How to Apply: 

Education Level/ Years of Related Work Experience:
*Bachelors with five or more years of experience working in social services, public policy or education.
*Experience utilizing data to inform decisions and develop meaningful outcomes
*Experience developing and integrating organizational systems and working in diverse systems, required
