Youth Service Specialist for Youth Shelter - Evening Shift

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Residential shelter program looking for experienced individuals to serve young people, as Full-Time Youth Service Specialist. The primary duty of this career opportunity is the participation in the daily activities of the program providing direct care, supervision, case planning, outings, life skills and other youth development activities for youth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Youth Shelters and Family Services provides unique, life-changing services to homeless, runaway, and in-crisis youth. YSFS works to find positive, non-institutional solutions and builds on existing strengths within a framework of dignity, mutual respect, and personal responsibility.

Other Information/Requirements: 

HS Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with the target population OR Bachelor's Degree in a human service field and one year relevant experience with the target population preferred. $13.00/hour + Medical, Dental, & Generous Benefits, including excellent vacation/PTO time off package
40 hours/week. Evening Shifts: 4pm to 12am with weekend shifts,
