Youth Service Specialist

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Residential shelter program looking for experienced individuals to serve young people, as Full-Time Youth Service Specialist (Youth Care Worker). The primary duty of the Youth Service Specialist position is participation in the daily activities of the program providing direct care, supervision, case planning, outings, life skills and other youth development activities for youth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

$12.00/hour + Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off, & Generous Benefits
40 hours/week. 4pm to 12am midnight with at least one weekend shift

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with the target population OR
Associates Degree and two years' experience with target population OR Bachelor's Degree in a human service field and one year relevant experience with the target population. Must undergo fingerprinting, background check and monthly driving record check. Must be at least 22 years old with a good driving record to be able to transport clients. Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
