Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Prevention, the Youth Leader Program Manager oversees the development and implementation of Enlace’s Youth Leaders program, including day-to-day management of this culturally specific leadership development project for Latine youth (ages 13-17). Responsible for the recruitment and training of each youth cohort.
