Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assisting in planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating activities provided within a specific program area, such as Education, Technology, Teens, Arts, and Sports & Recreation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Prepare Youth for Success: create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes; effectively implement and administer programs, services and activities for members; monitor and evaluate programs, services and activities to ensure safety of the members; monitor members and visitors at all times; ensure a productive work environment by participating in weekly branch staff meetings; and maintain club appearance by following daily cleaning list.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Participate in special programs and/or events; will be required to drive club vehicles (must be over 21, have a valid NM drivers license, and a clean driving record); maintain close, daily contact with club staff (professional and volunteer), club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions, instruct and advise/counsel; and additional duties as assigned.
