Youth BLAST Drop-in Center Program Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The purpose of this position is to provide support and leadership for the Drop-in Center and Street Outreach programs in alignment with New Day principles, values and approaches.
Provide direct supervision and hire drop-in center and street outreach staff.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

*Work with Director to implement and develop policies and procedures and other program support documentation for the Drop-in Center and Street Outreach programs
*Track data and develop reports for funders and New Day executive leadership team.
*Write strong funding proposals and work with New Day’s Executive Team to complete grants.

Other Information/Requirements: 

*Work with Director to track data and develop reports for funders and New Day executive leadership team.
*Complete all grant reports and ensure accurate and timely submission.
*Participate in New Day’s Leadership team and represent New Day as a leader in the community and within the agency.
*Full Time, Exempt $36,000-$46,000

How to Apply: 

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, education or other related field
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of experience working with youth that have experienced homelessness, trauma, and/or system involvement
• Experience in coalition building and program development, required
