Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinates the YVK Doula Project, Doula Hub and YVK Doula Training as well as variety of support, advocacy, intervention and outreach services to increase choices in the birthing experience for people in Northern New Mexico. The YVK Doula Coordinator oversees YVK community doulas, ensuring quality services to pregnant peoples and their support circles.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum Position Qualifications
Associates’s degree or work in human services field, including but not limited to early childhood education, midwifery/ doula services, infant/ child mental health and/or related fields. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it directly relates to the essential duties and responsibilities.
Doula certification preferred.
Experience in supervisory role.
