X3 Workforce Learning Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The X3 program provides paid internships for marginalized high schoolers and recent grads. Young people are paired with local employers to provide meaningful experiences, opening doors to future careers and higher education. In collaboration with X3 staff, the Workforce Learning Coordinator promotes the growth and success of the X3 program by helping with program and curriculum design; recruitment of interns; and coaching of interns.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires you to have an associates degree, bachelor’s degree is preferred. You must also have three to five years work experience in areas related to education; case management; workforce training; youth programming; or mentorship, especially in settings serving opportunity youth.
