Main Areas of Responsibility:
Using Wraparound values, principles and practices, the Wraparound Facilitator provides intensive, supportive interventions for identified families. Such interventions include running team meetings, coordinating care with other agencies, developing and utilizing informal and formal supports, identifying and making use of family strengths, etc. The ultimate goal of the NM Wraparound Program is to help the child/youth and family realize their vision and increase their autonomy from formal systems.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Education required: Master’s degree in social services with minimum of one (1) year postgraduate experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services with abused, neglected and traumatized children, adults and/or families, or bachelor’s degree in social services with minimum of two (2) years' postgraduate experience working in individual, family and children’s behavioral health services and working with abused, neglected and traumatized children, adults and/or families.
