Worksite & Education Facilitator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Will facilitate the transportation to and from job site/educational activities as well as case management and counseling appointments. Will provide job coaching and demonstrate positive relationship building with Access! participants.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Will network with community collaborators and partners on and off site in order to enhance relationships and activities. Will also facilitate life skills development groups, education, and workforce development services and referrals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

GED or High School Diploma and two years relevant experience in the human services field. The position requires PHYSICAL STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, experience working with youth ages 14-24, strong work ethic and leadership qualities, and an ability to demonstrate professional expectations in a variety of environments; Valid Driver’s License, insurable under YSFS automobile policy to allow transport of clients (at least 25 years of age);
