Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The major role of the facilitator is to deliver the ¡Cuídate! Facilitator’s Curriculum to program participants.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Facilitators are responsible for being familiar with the Facilitator’s Curriculum and ensuring that all materials, including evaluation forms, are available during the program. Facilitators will receive formal training on how to deliver the ¡Cuídate! curriculum.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Fluent in English, knowledgeable of core Latino cultural values (e.g., machismo, familismo, respeto, experience working with youth ages 12 to 14. Background in health education, HIV/AIDS education, or skill-building education with youth is helpful. Should be flexible and available after school to implement the workshops.
