Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Workflow Coordinator/Manager plays a central role in keeping WESST’s Revenue Department running smoothly. This position supports timelines, deliverables, communication, and reporting across several high-impact areas, including: WESST Loan Fund, WESST Business Incubator, WESST Studios, and Contracted and earned-revenue initiatives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, this role ensures that projects stay on track, cross-team communication is clear, and systems are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities.

Hiring for this position across a range of experience levels. Salary Range: 
Full-time, exempt position offering a salary range of $55,000–$72,000, commensurate with experience.
