Main Areas of Responsibility:
SER Jobs for Progress is looking for a WIOA Business Service Consultant to cover the Rio Rancho area. Residence in Rio Rancho is preferred. Position is Monday - Friday from 8-5 with occasional after-hours events. The Business Service Consultant establishes linkages with employers and local businesses, creates job opportunities and job placements. Shall be a highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The consultant will write contracts for service with Sandoval County businesses and intake program participants. Needs the desire to meet and exceed productivity goals and be a quick learner. Professional attire is a must. Must possess and provide a valid New Mexico driver’s license and automobile liability insurance as required by the state of New Mexico.
