Winter Shelter Supervisor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervises, trains, evaluates Winter Season Services staff. Works with and shares responsibility with the Assistant Executive Director concerning the hiring and dismissal of Winter Season Services Staff; and Submits to Director of Finance bi-monthly payroll in accordance to ARM procedures in a time frame agreed upon with the Director of Finance.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

(1) Responsible for timely submission of all Personnel Documentation within the time frames decided by the Human Resources Manager; and (2) Reviews documentation of program activities daily in preparation for and makes necessary arrangements to insure attendance of update meetings as scheduled by Winter Season Services – Albuquerque Rescue Mission Liaison.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A high school graduate, with at least 3 years of prior management and supervisory experience. Able to make good decisions through critical thinking. Can communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Impeccable skills in organization, documenting and record keeping.
