Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The professional hired for this position will execute intensive, child-focused recruitment programs targeted exclusively on finding permanent adoptive families for waiting children in the New Mexico foster care system.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Recruiter will manage a caseload of 12-15 youth in the New Mexico foster care system and actively seek legal permanency for these youth. Extensive in-state travel is required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• BA, BSW or other human services degree required (MSW preferred)
• Minimum of three years experience in child welfare, experience working with adolescents preferred
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
