Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Wellbeing Manager will be pivotal in developing and leading workshops, seminars, and a social-emotional learning curriculum tailored to the needs of caregivers, guardians, and youth within our community. This role directly engages families to provide guidance, support, and referrals for mental and behavioral health services. The Wellbeing Manager will be a crucial contributor to the NMBLC's positive youth area of impact.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Design and implement workshops and seminars to strengthen the Caregiver Council within the Highland Cluster, addressing specific needs and challenges caregivers face.
Develop and refine the process for delivering the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Assessment to youth, caregivers, and guardians attending NMBLC programs.
Develop a comprehensive social-emotional learning curriculum applicable to both in-school and out-of-school programming, enriching the NMBLC’s positive youth development initiatives.
