Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To support the work of a federal grant from the Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Community Living. The goal of the grant is to develop culturally sensitive educational and outreach materials for the Aging Network and American Indian/Alaska Native Elders, 55 and older.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The work will include assisting and supporting the work of the Project Coordinator, and will focus on project management support and clerical skills, updates for the NICOA website, development of partnerships with other agencies and outreach to NICOA members through phone, email and other means.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Verifiable relevant experience in office procedures (Microsoft Office, mailing, phone work) proficient in current technology, web page maintenance, data collection and entry, ability to travel, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, initiative, ability to solve problems resourcefully, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn or receive training to improve skills.
