Webinar Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities are Researching and determining the capacity of schools, Developing a webinar schedule for 8 months, Finding and recruiting presenters, Working with the presenters to insure best practices are utilized and appropriate for middle and high school MESA students, Registering students and teachers, Evaluating outcomes of webinars, Delivering interim and final reports for the project.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Minimum Requirements are 2 or 4 year degree in an educational or related area.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills are 1.) Creative; 2.) Self-motivated; 3.) Familiar with STEM professionals in the state and nation; 4.) Experience with middle and/or high school students.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The individual will work approximately 13 hours per week on a schedule to be determined and will be paid at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
