Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The VP of Operations & Program Development will provide leadership and delegate, oversee, budget, and ensure regulatory compliance for UWSFC’s current and future direct service programs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Represent UWSFC in the community, as assigned by the CEO
• Facilitate and maintain positive working relationships with community partners and providers
• Collaborate with external evaluators to measure program impact and effectiveness
• Facilitate and maintain communication with children and families as needed to support achievement of family goals

Other Information/Requirements:
