Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising activities, board development, and public and government relations in support of Adelante’s mission. Plan and implement development activities. Responsible for writing grants and funding proposals and identify sources of support and funding. Develops a network of contacts in the community to facilitate fund-raising efforts.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ability to present a friendly, courteous image for the Agency. Must have valid NMDL with an agency insurable driving record, reliable transportation, and able to pass a background, and drug screen.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's in Marketing or related field and 5 years experience in similar position, requred. Knowledge of nonprofit management strongly preferred. Must have superior management, organizational, time management, and verbal/written communication skills.
