Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Volunteer Manager is responsible for maintaining effective, efficient operations by developing and managing volunteers and supporting operational procedures
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage and grow current volunteers and volunteer programs / initiatives
• Establish, manage and grow new volunteer programs / initiatives
• Develop and manage systems to recruit, recognize, retain volunteers
• Seek, establish, maintain community partners/partnership to cultivate new volunteers
• Develop and manage appropriate coordination, scheduling, training and evaluation programs and activities for volunteers
• Other duties as directed
