Volunteer Coordinator

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will maintain all aspects of volunteer management including record maintenance, training, scheduling to ensure proper coverage for volunteer needs during lessons and stall maintenance, communication, reporting, physically able to participate if needed. Must be present during lessons (currently Wed, Fri, Saturday) (summer hours are weekday evenings, Friday and Saturday mornings)

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to northern Rio Rancho.

Other Information/Requirements: 

LTTR prefers 2 years' experience working with volunteers or in non-profits. Must have MS Office skills and be teachable for other online cloud management services. Must be encouraging, approachable, detail-oriented, and physically able to cover missing volunteers during lessons. Must be able to pass a background check. Horse experience a plus.
