Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join a passionate team improving outcomes for foster children. The Volunteer Coordinator (VC) for CASA, First Judicial District is responsible for coordinating training and oversight of our dedicated Volunteer Advocates who provide court appointed advocacy for foster children.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The VC provides program support and is responsible for supervision of logistical program and court support, including collecting and entering case and related data and information, trainings and participation in outreach and community special events.

Candidate should have a BA/BS degree, strong time management and administrative skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid computer skills (MS Suites) and ability to learn new software as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Child welfare, educational, non-profit, volunteer or previous CASA experience a plus.
