Volunteer Coordinator & Group Reservations Supervisor

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The position will administer a dynamic volunteer service organization for a national museum.
The Volunteer Coordinator will possess a high degree of interpersonal skill, be capable of relating to and motivating adults and teens and be effective at problem solving for this diverse group.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• The VC is in charge of making reservations for group tours and educational programs.
• The VC is responsible for confirmation and invoicing all group tours and processing all museum guests’ customer feedback.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: The Volunteer Coordinator will possess a high degree of interpersonal skill, be capable of relating to and motivating adults and teens and be effective at problem solving for this diverse group. The VC should possess a bachelor’s degree and have some experience in administration of volunteer service groups. Requires flexibility of work hours and may include evenings and occasional weekend duty.
