Volunteer Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage and recruit volunteers
Maintain volunteer data base
Work cooperatively with program team and school staff t
Engage in strategic analysis of the volunteer program
Manage orientation, training and annual appreciation event for volunteers
Monitor volunteer progress and satisfaction
Assist with coordinating volunteers for occasional larger-scale events
Facilitate annual feedback survey process and annual assessment of the volunteer program

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, or relevant field
3 to 5 years experience as a Volunteer Coordinator, operations manager or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in volunteering locally or internationally
Experience in recruiting through various channels
Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
