Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Volunteer Coordinator is part of a dedicated team that supports our Court Appointed Volunteer Advocates for foster children in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba and Los Alamos. CASAs provide court reports and ensure these vulnerable children are safe and have the resources they need in order to thrive and moving towards permanency.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition to helping CASAs guide their cases through the complex child welfare system, the Coordinator provides foster children's resources support, logistical management, grant reporting, and case and court report oversight.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience in areas of either juvenile court, the child welfare system, complex issues correlated to child maltreatment, supports for at risk families, grants reporting or volunteer management needed. Candidate must pass a background check and be approved by CVRC prior to hire.
