Volunteer Associate

Job Description
Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Assist with the daily volunteer operations of meal delivery
• Answers phone inquiries related to Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque
• Work with Client Services Coordinator and Client Services Associate to ensure proper communication between volunteers and clients
• May require driving meals to clients using own vehicle (mileage reimbursements provided)
• Other assigned duties

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Minimum of one (1) year office experience

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Other Information/Requirements: 

• The following items are essential for success in this position:
o Advanced computer literacy, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet functionalities
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
o Efficient use of time to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
o Highly accurate, quality work

Salary Range: 
$17.00/hr + $0.25 bilingual stipend available
