Main Areas of Responsibility:
SITE Santa Fe is seeking an energetic, outgoing, poised, customer service-oriented individual to oversee its Front Desk operations as Visitor Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, the Visitor Services Manager is the "face" of the museum, and sets the tone for excellent customer service in all inquiries to the museum in person, on the phone, or online.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for SITE’s Front Desk operations, and supervises and trains front desk support staff. Responsible for greeting and informing visitors; collecting admissions fees and demographic data; processing donations, directing incoming phone calls and inquiries; facilitating membership transactions, supporting the SITE store and its activities, as well as shipping catalogues and merchandise, among other duties.
