Main Areas of Responsibility:
Explora seeks a Visitor Services Manager to oversee all aspects of the visitor experience on the exhibit floor. This position, reporting to the Visitor Services Director, manages front line staff; trains staff and volunteers; and collaborates with the Exhibits and Education groups to optimize exhibit hall activities and programs.

The Visitor Services Manager will support the mission and vision of Explora while: engaging with visitors and school groups in inspirational discovery, creating an environment where visitors feel welcome and comfortable, addressing visitor concerns, and developing hands-on educational activities for the exhibit floor.
