Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee and schedule Visitor Services staff; ensure coverage and coordinate shifts.
Lead hiring, training, and updates on CRM and POS procedures.
Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and accurate sales transactions.
Ensure excellent customer service and act as liaison between staff and management.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Support gift shop inventory, displays, and volunteer coordination.
Communicate Garden information and assist during special events.
Cooperate with other departments on cross-functional tasks and projects.
