Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee and schedule Visitor Services staff, train new hires, and support daily operations. Reconcile weekly finances, manage inventory, communicate operational updates, assist with events, and uphold high customer service standards while ensuring smooth, efficient front desk and Gift Shop functions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, process admissions and memberships, and conduct Gift Shop sales with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain a friendly, helpful presence, manage credit card and cash transactions, and provide detailed information about the Garden and Museum Hill to ensure a positive, concierge-level visitor experience.
