Visitor Center Cashier greets guests, processes admissions, memberships, and Gift Shop sales, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities include cash handling, credit card transactions, answering visitor inquiries, assisting with inventory knowledge, supporting front desk operations, and opening/closing duties. Professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a welcoming demeanor are essential.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Additional duties include supporting special events, assisting with displays, pricing, gift wrapping, shipping, and maintaining a clean Visitor Center. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, professionalism under pressure, reliability, attention to procedures, and experience with point-of-sale systems, computers, and databases.
