Vietnamese-speaking Case Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under supervision of the Social Services Director, the Vietnamese speaking case manager will provide comprehensive case management in English or Vietnamese for adults, children, and adolescents and their families to improve quality of life, empower, and maintain the highest possible ability to function within the community.
