Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Victim Advocacy Department Manager provides oversight of the advocacy services of DVRC, Inc. Ensures quality services to DVRC, Inc. clients through supporting the Advocates proper use of DV education, legal advocacy, safety planning, immediate crisis intervention and linkage to supportive services. Provides advocate services to victims of domestic violence including women, children, elderly and disabled victims of crime.

•Provides day-to-day supervision of operations
•Ensures proper delivery of services and use of evidence-based practices
•Assures accuracy of program statistics/records and submits reports
•Assures confidentiality of all records
•Assures proper establishment and maintenance of client files
•Provides acute crisis intervention services to advocacy clients
•Maintain appropriate schedule for personnel to meet service needs
•Plan, implement and oversee the Victim Advocacy Department Volunteer Program
