Main Areas of Responsibility: 

One year granted postiton for a Full Time Victim Advocate Coordinator - Ensure that part-time victim advocates are providing comprehensive services, support, and needed referrrals to our clients who are dealing in the aftermath of a violent death. Develop and update training and outreach materials, and resource awareness for our clients and to the community. Ensure collbaboration with the criminal justice system and other related systems who come in contact with our client base.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure that the Victim Advocates are getting support and information to keep them sustained as they serve clients. Conduct staff / case review meetings on a regular basis.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Spanish language knowledge is valued assistance but not required. Experience as a client services provider/ coordinator is an important attribute for the posiition. Being trauma informed is critical.
