Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position directs the overall operations of the Office of Economic Empowerment (OEE) and is responsible for administering, overseeing and directing the overall operation of all activities in their assigned division. They ensure that the Agency and program goals are achieved and recommends program changes as necessary to meet goals and objectives. This position supports operations by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition, the Vice-President of OEE directly supervises office staff, statewide Regional Managers and indirectly supervises a workforce of statewide line staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Education, and/or Social Work plus ten (10) years of progressive experience in business administration with an emphasis of knowledge in the non-profit environment, federal grant and grant operations. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling fourteen (14) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
