Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Join us in the mountains overlooking beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico! The American Society of Radiologic Technologists, the world’s largest medical imaging association with 153,000 members, seeks a dynamic Vice President for Membership to continue the business growth of our financially stable organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Builds relationships with members and develops opportunities to increase ASRT dues revenue and overseas the planning and evaluation of membership and customer experience.
• Leads ASRT membership recruitment and retention efforts, including the development of strategies and the analysis and reporting of results.
• Responsible for establishing and achieving revenue targets and adhering to expense budgets.
• Guides the Marketing and Member Services Departments.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• BA in business, marketing or equivalent experience.
• CAE credential preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in progressively responsible leadership roles, preferably in nonprofit or association management organizations.
• Supreme relationship-building skills, ability to share insights, seek out other opinions and listen to the needs and concerns of others.
• Executive-level organizational, interpersonal and oral and written communications skills are essential for the position.
