Vice President of Development

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Directing the development/fundraising activities for the University of New Mexico. Integrates individual component development initiatives into a program to ensure an integration of development functions University-wide. Develops/implements strategies for acquisition of major donors. Serves as principal fundraiser for organization. Reports to UNM Foundation President and works with University’s Executive Vice Presidents and Deans to determine priorities and operational effectiveness.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree; and have at least ten (10) years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in the job description; A Masters degree preferred.
