Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides case management services to persons served through service coordination, advocacy, evaluation, assessment and crisis management in an assigned program of responsibility.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Individuals must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test, have a valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance, insurability under the agency insurance carrier, dependable vehicle and a clean driving record. Bachelor’s degree in social services or related human services field, preferred. One to three years’ work experience in case management or social work, CCM, CRC or MSW. Bilingual preferred.
