Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Language Service Manager full-time position designed to support VCI’s goal of improving and increasing language access in New Mexico; will work closely with VCI contract interpreters, VCI Agency clients and community members to ensure the delivery of language services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage the day to day operations of the VCI Agency, maintain office daily procedures
• Provide effective follow up and fast response to the VCI Agency clients’ service requests in all service areas: on-site interpretation, telephonic interpretation, written translation and language testing
• Coordinate and schedule with VCI interpreters for the on-site interpretation sessions
• Conduct educational presentations
