Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Directs/manages overall daily operations of designated Clubhouse with primary concern for program and service delivery, supervision of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Maintains close, daily contact with Club professional staff to interpret and explain organizational mission, program objectives and standards, discuss issues, and provide/receive information. Has regular contact with members as needed to discipline, advise, and counsel.
Maintains contact with external community groups, schools, members’ parents and others to assist in resolving problems and to publicize club.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 4 year’s work experience in a youth oriented organization at a professional level where knowledge, experience and competency in the above key roles was required. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and direct club operations. Ability to recruit, supervises, train, and retain key employees. Manage and maintain a facility and develop community support of club operations and programs. Must have a clean driving record, and have a valid New Mexico driver’s license.
