Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary function of this position is to assist in the administration of the Master Trust(s) held by The Arc New Mexico on behalf of clients and/or beneficiaries: including Discretionary Authority; and conforming to all regulations, policies, and compliance functions required by law.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with cash management processes including paying bills, disbursements, and deposits into accounts; preparing accounts statements, reports, and other records and reviews for accuracy; and responding to the beneficiary’s inquiries, including personal needs for goods and services that aren’t covered by SSI or Medicaid.

Other Information/Requirements: 

An associate's degree is preferred, with a minimum of 2+ years of accounting/financial, customer service, and/or trust operations experience; or 5+ years of related education and experience combination. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Must pass a federal background check.
ADA/EOE
$16.82-$19.23/hr, plus $1K/yr if Bilingual (Spanish/English). Includes benefits.
